How do you help a team to agree on a working definition of quality? I developed this quality workshop for this purpose, but also to help them apply it in a concrete way.
Those reflections make me realize that my actions and thoughts were more complicated than I could realize afterward, which encouraged me to keep reviewing what I did and exploring how I thought. As far as I’m aware, this is the first course in Australia of this kind.
The course is part online part tutorial. There is a big emphasis on learning by doing, with lots of opportunity to practice testing.
