		<description>Another point about beta testing is the lack of control on the process. A beta tester might or might not share some specific feedback with the company. Testers, generally, have a broader focus and they might be more productive with varying amount of information from different beta testers.

		<description>I think you are 100% right Anne-Marie. Successful software testing requires a combination of patience and experience. Beta is possibly the hardest part for any start up as most are low on either fiscal or Human resources to achieve thorough testing.
